ALH-106 - Basic Life Support (1 credits)

This course in Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers includes background information about heart disease, risk factors, prudent heart living, and heart and lung function. One- and two- rescuer adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), foreign body airway obstruction management, and pediatric resuscitation are also taught. Students receive certification from the American Heart Association. This course requires a per credit health career fee; check the tuition and fee schedule for the current rate.
