FLR-108 - Food Safety and Sanitation (3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): None
This course introduces the student to the latest development and sanitation procedures with the foodservice industry. Government standards, emerging issues, and HACCP will be discussed. Upon completion of the course, students are prepared to take the SERVSAFE exam for a food industry certificate.
