The CCAC Educational Foundation was established in 1979 and grew out of the understanding that CCAC would need additional resources in order to provide comprehensive workforce development, ensure continued accessibility and maintain its reputation of academic excellence in higher education.

Legends in Leadership raises funds for scholarships, programs and services at CCAC that will help individuals eventually receive employment in a knowledge-based economy. Each year, we are thrilled to honor individuals and organizations who have contributed to the betterment of the community as well as society in general. Of course, while the primary focus of the event is to celebrate our awardees, the true success of the event is determined by the dollars raised to support the mission and legendary worthwhile programs at CCAC.
