Vice President for Institutional Advancement and External Relations

Nancilee Burzachechi, JD, CFRE, is vice president of institutional advancement and external relations for CCAC. In this capacity she cultivates key working relationships with external constituencies in order to advance the mission of the college.

In collaboration with the college president, the executive director of marketing and communications, and the executive director of the Educational Foundation, Burzachechi promotes a positive awareness of CCAC with legislative and corporate leaders, community and government funders, alumni, the news media and the general public.

Before coming to CCAC in 2001, Burzachechi served as director of corporate relations for Carnegie Mellon's Graduate School of Industrial Administration. She also served in positions as assistant dean and director of development and alumni affairs for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and in private practice as an attorney.

A certified fund raising executive (CFRE), Burzachechi holds a juris doctor degree in international and business law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a master of business administration in marketing and accounting from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. She received her bachelor's degree from Pitt's College of Arts and Sciences.
