The Fitness Center at South Campus is a state-of-the-art facility that combines the latest technology and research in the fitness industry in order to help students, faculty and staff improve their fitness level for general wellbeing or sport performance.
A current CCAC student photo ID card is required in order to use the fitness center. Please be prepared to show a current student ID when asked by staff to do so. Failure to show a current student ID means that the person will be required to leave the Fitness Center.
Fitness Center Usage
The Fitness Center is available to all CCAC credit students, faculty and staff. You must be registered for credit classes during the current academic term and present a valid copy of your student identification card in order to use the fitness center. Lockers are available for the entire academic term for $12.00. Students may pay for lockers at the Student Accounts office. Please bring your receipt and a copy of your student identification card to a Fitness Center Staff member when requesting a locker.
Fitness Center Basics
The South Campus Fitness Center is over 2,000 square feet and has Cybex and Strive strength training machines, an indoor track, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, stair climbers, stationary bikes, safety free-weight training rack, Olympic weights/benches and two fully loaded dumbbell racks. Lockers and showers are available (you must bring your own towel/toiletries).

Wild about Fitness. A vigorous hike/workout along the CCAC South Campus Nature Trail. Every Tuesday from 12:00pm-1:00pm. Everyone please meet in the Fitness Center (G-422).
Fitness Football/Frisbee. A sports-conditioning fitness activity suitable for all fitness levels. To obtain a football or frisbee along with some fun sports drills, visit the fitness center. Activity is available 10:00am-2:00pm daily.
Insanity and P90X DVD’s. Use our DVD’s to complete a workout using the Insanity or P90X workout series. These workouts are fun, challenging and guaranteed to help you shape up for summer.
Activity is available 10:00am-3:00pm daily.
Super SIX Workout. Let us give you a demo of six of the BEST abdominal exercises that will shape, tone and strengthen your abdominals. Get the SIX-PACK that you always wanted using this energizing workout plan.
