This agreement made and entered into this 24th day of August 2008, by and between the Community College of Allegheny County (called the College herein), through its Board of Trustees (called the Board herein) and the Community College of Allegheny County Federation of Teachers, Local 2067, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO (called the Federation herein).
