Through the Leisure Lore Division of the Student Life Office, field trips are taken each semester. Generally, they are short day trips that take just a few hours. The purpose of these trips are both educational and stress relieving, with the emphasis on stress relieving. The Student Life Office offers a wide variety of excursions, so there will be something for everyone's tastes.
For example, last year's visits included tours of both Heinz Field and PNC Park, a sightseeing trip to Mt. Washington and the Waterfront, viewing the art at the Warhol Museum and the Mattress Factory, and checking out the city via the Just Ducky Tours, just to name a few.
Whether you want to meet some new people, relax and unwind, or just get your nose out of your books for awhile, you are welcome to join us on one or several of our trips.
