Middle State: Resource List

This resource list provides a compilation of the various reports and documents that will be used to support and respond to the self-study design questions. This list does not contain all of the evidence that will be needed to answer the questions in the self-study, but it will provide a basis from which members of the sub-committees can draw as they work through the charge questions.

CCAC recently developed a web-based administrative reporting system. This system provides information taken directly from the Datatel system and reports on various enrollment, faculty, administrative and registration activities. The information contained in this system, reflects information from 2000 and beyond, since the college first implemented the Datatel system the previous year. While limited in its scope due to the information available, the administrative reporting system will be of great use to members of the sub-committee in their initial search for evidence to analyze the scope of their charge and to validate the information presented. 

Since the college is in a transition period because of the hiring of a new president, the planning cycle will be modified temporarily. Rather than have a two-year planning period, the college will develop a one-year rather than a two-year plan to accommodate the preferences of a new president.
