Every 90 days, you will be prompted to change your passwords to access the CCAC network, Blackboard, email, CCAC Central and other online services. This measure is required for security purposes.
New Service for Students! You can now change your password, even if you have forgotten it! To use this new service, you will need to enter your student ID#, NetID username, last 4 digits of your SSN and correctly identify one of your current courses and the name of your instructor. To complete the process, you will be prompted to create security questions to confirm your identity in the future on this site. These security measures have been instituted to preserve the safety of your network account and online identity. If you have a CCAC student photo ID or other photo identification such as a driver's license, you can go to any campus or center open computer lab to have your password reset. To obtain your student ID#, please visit any campus Registration office or call for Registration staff to mail you this information.
