Jesse W. Fife Jr., is executive vice president and chief operating officer for Manchester Bidwell Corporation, where he is responsible for business processes as well as financial projections to meet strategic goals for the organization and its subsidiaries: Manchester Craftsman’s Guild, Bidwell Training Center, the National Center for Arts & Technology and Harbor Gardens Park, Inc. Mr. Fife has held various other positions throughout his long-term tenure with the organization. His current efforts include directing the corporation’s efforts to replicate core programs in additional U.S. cities, including San Francisco, Cincinnati and Grand Rapids.
Currently a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee on the Efficiency and Effectiveness of City-County Government, Mr. Fife is a former member of the board of the Pittsburgh Child Guidance Foundation and the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Fife joined the CCAC Board of Trustees in March 2004 and his term lasts through December 2009.
