Alex M. Keddie is the chief executive officer of Crossett, Inc. and president of Alex Keddie and Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in increasing the efficiency of unionized organizations. He formerly served as vice president of employee and labor relations for North America for Bayer Corporation, and director of employee and labor relations for Union Carbide Corporation.

Mr. Keddie is currently a lecturer in consulting and conflict resolution at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University. Mr. Keddie became a member of the CCAC Board of Trustees in March 2004 and his term lasts through January 2010.
