This scholarship provides students who graduate in the top 10% of their Pennsylvania high school class with the opportunity to receive scholarship funds.

Who is Eligible?

• Students who are Allegheny County residents
• Students who graduated from a Pennsylvania high school
• Students who plan to enroll as a full-time student
• Students who ranked in the top 5% of their high school class may receive a full tuition and fee scholarship less other financial aid received
• Students who ranked in the top 10% of their high school class may receive up to a 50% tuition and fee scholarship less other financial aid received
• Students who maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher each term
