CLE Schedule

Spring 2014 

CCAC offers CLE courses three times a year - April, August and December.

Registration is recommended for the following CLE classes, please call 412.788.7385—24 hours prior to class to verify that the class is running.

The cost of each three credit hour evening CLE course is $99 and includes material and the PA CLE attendance fee.

CCAC reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment.

CLE Oil & Gas for Land Owners & Their Representatives: Has my lease been terminated?
 This three hour course will review and examine what to look for when reviewing an oil and gas well lease and what you don’t want. It will also discuss right of way and surface use agreements, advising a client as to whether there is still a viable lease and case notes.

CLE Asset Protection Techniques for The Elderly: This three hour course will introduce the broad concepts of Elder Care Planning from a legal perspective and how these concepts relate to multiple professions. It will examine how one can prepare to become eligible for Medicaid. It will also introduce Estate Planning concepts unique to the elderly. Lastly, it will give an overview of the VA Aid and Attendance Benefit and how to achieve it.
