CPD: PSI Department Policies

Application Process: Complete and return the course application with payment. No further notice will be provided. CCAC will notify registered students in the event that the program is canceled.

Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to the course start date. If you would like to register after this date, please call PSI to verify course availability.

Refund Policy: Students not attending the program must notify the CCAC Public Safety Institute of their withdrawal in writing Before the first class session in order to receive a refund. Email us

Cancellation Policy: CCAC PSI reserves the right to cancel courses for administrative reasons including insufficient enrollment. If a course is cancelled all student fees will be refunded.

Textbooks: Unless indicated, textbooks are not included in course fees. Each student must obtain his/her own copy of any required textbooks for use in PSI courses.
