Payroll - Net Pay
- Available to all employees of CCAC.
- Many banks offer perks to their customers who have direct deposit. Even if you already have an account they may waive certain fees with direct deposit, check with your bank.
- If you already have direct deposit you can verify that we are depositing funds to the correct bank account by locating the bank and account number to which we deposited funds on the lower portion of your deposit advice.
- We should be notified immediately if you close your account, or when your bank changes your account or routing numbers.
Datatel has delivered an exciting new product, “Pay Advice Online." We will make this available on January 1, 2007 to employees who receive their pay by DIRECT DEPOSIT. The advantages are:
Early access to current pay information
Current and historical pay information
Easy and safe retrieval from any computer
No lost or undeliverable pay advices
Online access to annual tax information (official paper W-2 form will still be mailed)
Paydays
Bi-weekly - Every other Wednesday
Monthly - Last working day of the month
Semi-Monthly - 15th and last working day of the month
If a regular payday falls on a weekend or holiday, then payday will be on the preceding business day. Your pay frequency is determined by your position classification (see Payroll - Employees for details on each classification.)
