Vargo, Elizabeth

Elizabeth Vargo, MS, RD, LDN

 Professor/Director of Dietetic Programs

Education:
Graduate of Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Dietetics, an M.S. from the School of Health Related Professions, University of Pittsburgh and post graduate work at Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh in Instructional Design.

Career Highlights:
Director of the Dietetic Programs at CCAC. Faculty at Penn State University. Senior Dietitian for a national long-term care company. Member of various professional organizations. Recipient of The American Dietetic Association 2004 "Outstanding Educator for Dietetic Technician Programs" for the Area VI region.

Miriam N. Wilson, MS, RD, LDN 

Education:
Graduate of Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Dietetics and a M.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from Framingham State College in Framingham, Massachusetts.
