Bookstore charge authorizations can be obtained at the campus Student Accounts Offices. You are eligible for a bookstore charge authorization if:
You have been awarded financial aid in excess of tuition and fees and have not yet received a refund check from the college.
You are sponsored by a program or company that pays for books. You will need to submit a contract form authorizing payment for books.
You have excess guaranteed student loan funds and have not yet received a refund check from the college.
Bookstore charge authorizations are available during the first week of your semester and not prior to the start of the term. To utilize the authorization, go to the bookstore at the campus where the course is held.
