Colleague SQL Conversion Project

We are pleased to inform you that the Ellucian* Colleague SQL Conversion has been successfully completed. The functional groups have fully tested functionality in both the Colleague Production and CCAC Central e-Services, and both systems are now available for use. All systems associated with Colleague are also up and running. Thank you to the testing teams who worked tirelessly over the week of Thanksgiving to validate the results of the conversion.

The Development team has converted all the files and data from the old Unidata platform to SQL, a better, industry-standard relational database (SQL), and implemented hundreds of adjustments to custom code. They have also re-configured most of the 36 systems that are associated with Colleague and Active Directory. Additionally, the system is operating on brand new, more powerful hardware and protected by new firewalls.

* Ellucian is the name of the company resulting from the merger of Datatel and Sungard.

The Colleague system and CCAC Central are now up and running!

Information for Students:

All services have beeen resumed. The new NetID system has been revamped and replaces EntryPoint. Use NetID to change your password or set/reset your security questions. You will now use your NetID username and password to access CCAC Central e-Services.
