Boyce Campus ID Information
STUDENT ID CARD INFORMATION
SUMMER SEMESTERS 2013
Student Photo ID Cards are not issued to summer semester students. Summer students should use their printed class schedule/receipt and another form of ID (such as a driver's license) to utilize campus services during the summer class sessions. ID Validation Stickers will not be available for summer sessions.
A current class schedule and a current Student ID Card with issue date of August 2010 or later are required. Students with ID Cards dated prior to August 2010 must get a new card. Issue date is printed on the back of the ID Card.
Photo IDs are obtained through the Office of Student Life at Boyce Campus. You must have your current class schedule and an additional form of ID (preferably a driver’s license) to obtain your CCAC Student ID Card.
Student ID photo schedules vary each semester. Typically, a convenient range of morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday hours are available during the first four weeks of fall and spring semester classes. An updated schedule is available on campus at the beginning of each semester. The schedule will be posted to this webpage each semester as soon as it is available.
All credit students, including those registered for online learning, clinical site classes and off-campus observations must obtain their Student ID Cards before the fall and spring semester deadlines.

The ID Card system may be unavailable occasionally for repairs and maintenance.
Parking Permit Information
Parking permits are not required for Boyce Campus or its satellite centers; however, all students are requested to register their vehicles with Security so that we can locate you in the event of an issue such as lights left on, flat tires or damage to your vehicle by another vehicle or person. Boyce students taking classes at other campuses and centers must adhere to the unique parking pass/permit policies of each campus.
