When applying for graduation you can print the “graduation application” from our advisement forms page and program “checksheet”. Then make arrangements to meet with an Academic Advisor to review your application and checksheet. The Graduation Fee, a $20.00 nonrefundable fee, must be submitted with your application, if you want to receive a diploma and/or attend commencement ceremonies.
