The ITS department sponsors an internship program designed to provide students with real-life work skills and experiences in technology support to prepare you for entering the workforce. 

All applicants will be required to complete a technology skills assessment, and successful candidates must be available to attend a 24-hour training program prior to the beginning of the term.

Applicants will be expected to meet the following qualifications:

• CCAC student, enrolled at least half-time (6 credits), minimum 2.5 GPA
• Some college-level coursework related to computers and information systems or communications technology
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service setting
• Experience with various software applications and operating system environments
• Experience solving computer hardware and software problems
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
