To reset your Datatel Password, log into Datatel. Go to XCHG and change your password. If you have forgotten your old password, call the ServiceDesk to have your password reset. Be prepared to provide additional information to confirm your identity.

Reset CCAC Central Password

To reset your CCAC Central password, go to CCAC Central. Click on one of the menus (Non-credit Registration, Prospective Students, Students, Faculty, or Employees). Click on the Change Password link and change your password. If you have forgotten your old password, click on the Sign Up for CCAC Central link to resubmit your request.

Reset ARC Password

To reset your ARC password, go to ARC and log in. Click on the Change Password link found at
the top right hand corner of the page header. Change your password. If you have forgotten your old password, call the ServiceDesk to have your password reset. Be prepared to provide additional information to confirm your identity.
