PITTSBURGH—The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) has teamed up with Passavant Hospital Foundation, the Aging Institute of UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh to offer a Family Caregiver Workshop next month at Passavant Hospital Foundation Conference Center & Legacy Theatre in McCandless.
The workshop, funded through a grant from the MetLife Foundation, is designed to help caregivers learn about proper care and safety techniques as well as understand the aging process and health literacy.
