The Geriatric Education Program provides education to nurses, physical therapists, social workers and other health care professionals who work with geriatric patients through continuing education, by increasing the number of bilingual certified nursing assistants, and by providing education workshops for family caregivers. The grant has three parts:

• Recent Immigrant CNA Program
• Family Caregiver Workshops
• Health Care Professional Continuing Education
