This non-credit, six-month certificate training program provided training in the growing field of Health IT. Students accepted into the program have several years experience in health records management, healthcare or information technology and an Associate degree or higher in any of these fields. Students who successfully completed the program could find opportunities within Health IT departments of large scale providers, technical support roles in specialty departments such as Lab or Radiology, or in provider practices.
