Information Technology Services (ITS) is here to help you learn by providing access to software applications, online tools, and many other resources with one account, your NetID. Please have your Student ID number available, as it is required to created your NetID account and provide assistance with computer issues.

The MyCCAC Academic Portal is a one-stop shop for students to access all of the information you will need during your academic career at CCAC. MyCCAC is a centralized, mobile friendly system which provides single sign-on access to all of your academic resources and information. You may access MyCCAC from any device using the browser of your choice using your NetID username and password to log-on. The following Technology Resources are available to students in the MyCCAC Academic Portal:
Blackboard is CCAC’s course management system used for Internet (Online classes utilizing the Blackboard course site), Hybrid(Hybrid courses combine a percentage of classroom attendance at one of CCAC's campuses or centers with online learning and collaboration) and Technology Supported Courses (Non-Online Learning courses where instructors may choose to put course materials into a Blackboard course site).CCAC Academic Email is required for all CCAC communications. Academic email will be available 24 hours after the creation of your NetID. The email address format is yourNetID@acd.ccac.edu. CCAC Central is an online service which allows students to view grades, financial aid information, register and pay for classes and is used for all academic transactions.NetID Account Management is a self-service password reset, account creation utility for NetID accounts.
