CCAC honors college legends at 2015 Legends in Leadership

PITTSBURGH-The Community College of Allegheny County Educational Foundation will honor four outstanding individuals and one outstanding community organization at the 2015 "Legends in Leadership" awards banquet Thursday, April 23. Members of the press are cordially invited. The gala event opens with a cocktail reception and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. in the East Club Lounge at Heinz Field. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.

The awards enable the CCAC community to recognize those who have made it possible to provide quality, accessible education to nearly 55,000 students annually. Since 1998, the "Legends" event has honored current and former students, members of the faculty, staff and administration and friends of the college. David Morehouse (CCAC Classes of 1989 & 2009), president and chief executive officer, Pittsburgh Penguins, is the honorary chair for this year's event.
