PITTSBURGH-Allegheny Campus will host "PA/GA (Pennsylvania General Assembly) to CCAC-a chat with your Pennsylvania Representative" on Friday, April 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. State representatives Anita Astorino Kulik (D), of the 45th district, and Harold A. English (R), of the 30th district, will converse with students about a variety of topics. The event will take place in the lobby of the Foerster Student Services Center Auditorium. A light lunch will follow the discussion.

Student leaders from CCAC's Student Government Association and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society worked with the college's administration to organize and host the event. Issues the students hope to discuss with the legislators include gerrymandering, fracking, education, the state budget, scholarships and grants, transportation, elderly care, the privatization of liquor sales and pension funding.

This event is open to the media, including still/video cameras.

CCAC Allegheny Campus is located at 808 Ridge Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
