The Community College of Allegheny County provides a supportive and transformative learning environment that prepares graduates to meet critical needs in the region’s workforce.
At CCAC, we believe that life outside the classroom is an important part of your college experience. Each CCAC campus has a variety of activities to enhance your lifestyle – including athletics, cultural events and personal development seminars.
The CCAC Educational
Foundation is the fundraising and benefactor arm of the college. It seeks to
create vital connections between the college and the wider community
to ensure the ongoing viability of the college.
Next College Kickstart: Wednesday, April 18, 2018 3:00PM–6:00PM
Join us for CCAC’s College Kickstart Day, our free open house event, which provides the perfect opportunity to learn all you ever wanted to know about the educational options at CCAC, career and transfer programs, emerging careers, financial aid and scholarships, campus facilities, and student-centered services and more. Meet faculty, staff and current students and take a tour of the facilities. Ask questions and get answers on the spot.
College Kickstart Day is open to all members of the community, including prospective and current students, family members and friends. Whether you are thinking of starting your college career, dropping in for one or two classes over the summer or returning to finish your degree, you can get it done and have a little fun at this open house event.
College Kickstart Day is being held at all eight of our CCAC campuses and centers, so no matter which location you choose, we'll be there to answer all of your burning questions. RSVPs are encouraged, but not required. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Bring your high school diploma, GED or college transcripts and complete your CCAC registration in one day. You can complete "on demand" placement testing, meet with an advisor and learn about CCAC's program offerings in the arts and humanities; business; education, social and behavioral sciences and human services; health; science, technology, engineering and math; and the skilled trades.
