Students must be registered for classes to receive their Student
Photo ID Card. Bring a printed copy of your current class
schedule/receipt and an additional form of Photo ID such as your
Student ID Cards do not expire--the Validation Sticker expires.
Keep your Student ID Card and get a new Validation Sticker each
semester you are enrolled in classes. Replacement Student ID Cards
Student ID photo schedules vary each semester. Typically, a
convenient range of morning, and evening hours are available during
the first four weeks of fall and spring semester classes. An
updated schedule is available on campus at the beginning of each

After the semester deadline, ID photos are only available by

Parking Permit Information
Parking permits are not required for Boyce Campus or Braddock
Hills Center; however, all students are requested to register their
vehicles with Security so that we can locate you in the event of an
issue such as lights left on, flat tires or damage to your vehicle
by another vehicle or person. Boyce students taking classes at
other campuses and centers must adhere to the unique parking
pass/permit policies of each campus. For more information, contact

All credit students must have a CCAC Student ID. Your photo ID will be taken by the Registration Office, Room 1004. Please bring your driver’s license or other form of ID with you. New current semester stickers can be obtained at either the information desk or the Registration Office (you must show a copy of your current class schedule). For more information on ID’s please call 412.369.3700. There will be a $5 charge for replacement of lost ID’s (payable at the Student Accounts office); be sure to bring a copy of your class schedule and driver’s license or other form of ID with you.

Parking permits are available at the South Campus front desk Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Student must bring a copy of their schedule and know their license plate number to receive a parking permit.
