An Investment in the Community

Strategic planning is a dynamic, living and breathing process at CCAC. As a result
of the collective efforts of numerous individuals, the Community College of Allegheny
County has developed an innovative five-year strategic plan. College-wide Council
was formed in the summer of 2008 and functions as the college planning committee.
Membership consists of approximately 75 individuals, including the members of President
s Cabinet and their direct reports from all college sites, other administrators who
serve at director levels and above, the AFT Executive Committee and the chairs of
College Council and SEIU Council. View the Strategic Plan >
