Information Technology Services (ITS) is here to support your college studies by providing access to software applications, online tools and other resources. These tools can be accessed through a single account, your NetID account. Please locate your student ID number and keep it secure; it's required when you create your NetID account, when you change your password or whenever you contact ITS with a computer issue.
ITS provides an Online Orientation to Technology video tour for students. Check this site out to learn about the technology tools that will support your learning at CCAC. The MyCCAC academic portal is a one-stop shop for students to access all of the information you will need during your academic career at CCAC. MyCCAC is a centralized, mobile friendly system which provides single sign-on access to all of your academic resources and information. You may access MyCCAC from any device using the browser of your choice and your NetID username and password to log-on. The following Technology Resources are available to students in the MyCCAC academic portal.
Blackboard is CCAC's course management system used for Internet (Online classes utilizing the
Blackboard course site), Hybrid (Hybrid courses combine a percentage of classroom
attendance at one of CCAC's campuses or centers with online learning and collaboration)
and Technology Supported Courses (Non-Online Learning courses where instructors may
choose to put course materials into a Blackboard course site).
CCAC Academic Email is required for all CCAC communications. Academic email will be available 24 hours after the creation of your NetID. The email address format is yourNetID@acd.ccac.edu.
CCAC Central Self Service is an online service which allows students to view grades, financial aid information, register and pay for classes and is used for all academic transactions.
NetID Self-Service is a self-service password reset, account creation utility for NetID accounts.
