All these and more are the work of CCAC s Public Relations office and Promotions and Marketing department, which work together to share many of the exciting programs and events at the college with the larger community. As part of the Institutional Advancement and External Relations division, these offices coordinate press coverage of CCAC, advertising and a wide variety of publications.
Who do I call?
While the two departments work hand in hand, each plays a specific role at CCAC. Which
one you should contact depends on what your primary interest is.

Media relations at CCAC is facilitated through the Public Relations office. Reporters
and other members of the press with questions about the college should contact Public
Relations at 412.237.3035.
CCAC faculty, staff or students with ideas for press releases or press coverage of an event or program should also call or email Public Relations. Any inquiries received from the news media should be directed to 412.237.8195.
Advertising & Publications
CCAC s Promotions and Marketing department organizes the college s advertising campaigns
and prepares numerous publications from posters to course catalogs. Invitations to
advertise should be directed to the Promotions and Marketing team.
If you are a member of the CCAC college community and have an idea for promoting a program, activity or event, please email your suggestion to the Promotions and Marketing team. Please be as specific as possible (time, place, date for events and target market, capacity and benefits for programs).
