Payment FAQs

No.  In an effort to be environmentally friendly and maintain costs, the College no longer distributes paper billing statements by U.S. Postal mail. All student account billing statements are made available electronically through the Online Student Account Center. 

CCAC begins issuing term eBill statements approximately a month prior to the tuition payment deadline each semester. The College issues monthly eBill statements for outstanding account balances. 

The easiest and most secure way to pay your bill is through the Online Student Account Center. You can also pay in person at any Student Accounts office. 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Currently the College does not charge a fee for using a credit card.

A $15.00 late payment fee will be assessed to any student account not meeting financial clearance by the published tuition payment deadline each semester.  Additionally, a monthly Late Payment Fee will be assessed on ANY account balance due at the time of assessment that is not covered by a payment plan, financial aid, or third party sponsorship regardless of billing.
