Mary Ann Eisenreich was appointed director of the Southwest Governor's Office for the Corbett Administration in February 2011. Prior to accepting this position, Ms. Eisenreich was the executive director of Pennsylvania Women Work, a leading non-profit organization focused on women's employment issues. During her tenure the organization grew to be a both a state- and nationally-recognized organization that helped over 40,000 women to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Prior to serving at PAWW, Ms. Eisenreich was the founder and director of the Community Education Department at Carlow University. She is a certified business coach and a DDI facilitator, and she serves on many boards, including the Southwest PA Commission Executive Committee, Riverlife, PA Local Government Committee, the Institute of Politics at the University of Pittsburgh and the advisory committee of Renewal.

Ms. Eisenreich holds a bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Wexford with her husband, David, and has three children and five grandchildren.
