Placement Test Preparation
In order to give you a strong start to your college career, the Math Cafes offer free placement test preparation. Visit a Math Cafe for an initial Placement Test Evaluation session. What will happen during this session?
- The Math Cafe facilitator will use software called PLATO to evaluate your current skills.
- The PLATO software will provide a custom learning plan based on your current needs.
- The Math Caf facilitator will be available to answer questions you have about the custom learning plan and PLATO.
Complete your learning plan using the PCs in the Math Cafes or you may prefer to use PLATO on your own computer (broadband internet access is necessary).
