Blackboard Access & Information
What is Blackboard?
Blackboard is CCAC's course management system used for internet, hybrid and technology supported courses. Blackboard is accessed through the internet; therefore there is no software to install or download to your computer. Verify your computers settings with the minimum technical requirements for using Blackboard.

Browser and operating systems supported by Blackboard (9.1 Q2 2018 release)
- Microsoft Word 97 or higher. See link to free Office 365 download below.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download)
Microsoft Office Suite 2003 or higher. Microsoft Office 365 is available to CCAC students for free.
Broadband or local area network access, recommended
- 56Kbps modem connection (minimum)
- Students are responsible for any Internet Service Provider (ISP) fees
