Biography
Professor Sheehan has been an attorney for 20 years. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Professor Sheehan a frequent lecturer and instructor at a variety of colleges and universities. In addition to my work in the environmental and energy sectors, she has a significant taxation background, including 19 years volunteering for the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Annually, she serves as a tax law instructor and site coordinator that helped to prepare thousands of tax returns for indigent clients.
In her free time, Professor Sheehan volunteers with my Therapy Dog in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and court rooms. She also lectures on the legal differences between service animals, emotional support animals, and other animal-assistive therapies.
Professor Sheehan's legal areas of expertise include: taxation, fossil fuel regulation, and administrative law.
I believe in the future of the paralegal profession and I want to help shape the future by sharing my skills and passion for law.
