Get Ready for the New Semester

CCAC has three full-service bookstores, located on the Allegheny, Boyce, and South campuses. Each store is dedicated to serving the needs of students and faculty on their campus. CCAC bookstores carry all required textbooks and instructional materials, including a large selection of school supplies, reference books and study aids. The bookstores also sell CCAC insignia clothing and gifts, snacks, software, and more. Students can order class rings and graduation caps and gowns. Pittsburgh Regional Transit bus passes (ConnectCards) are currently available at the Allegheny, Boyce and South campus bookstores.

Get Your Textbooks

The CCAC bookstores carry new and used textbooks required for the courses offered on campus and through the online learning program. CCAC bookstores sell used books when they are available. Used textbooks sell for 25% less than new textbooks. To help lower the costs of higher education, CCAC students can use Follett's Rent-A-Text program, which saves on average 50% or more vompared to a new textbook . Follett also provides access to a large selection of digital solutions, including titles supported by BryteWave, Follett's digital textbook reader.

The bookstores offer a Price Match option. If you find a lower price for a textbook at Amazon or Barnes & Noble, the campus bookstore will match it. The price difference is added to a bookstore gift card that you can use to buy other items, including textbooks.

Read the CCAC Help Center article "Purchasing Books and Materials from the Bookstore" to see what materials your course requires.
