Highlights Around Campus

CCAC is more than just a place to study—it's a place to find community. At CCAC, we believe that life outside the classroom is an important part of your college experience. Each CCAC campus offers activities and spaces for students. Here you'll learn a little bit about some of our favorite places around CCAC!

Social Spaces

There are many spots around campus where you can unwind with your classmates, take a quick study break or just enjoy the sights around campus!

Classroom Technology

CCAC provides the learning experience students expect. CCAC's ITS Department has constructed, in collaboration with faculty and students, iTech classrooms. With over 100 classrooms renovated, these classrooms provide flexible seating, device screen sharing capabilities, and an 85-inch interactive display for a hands-on learning experience.

Specialized Classroom Labs

Study Spaces

Looking for a quiet place to get some work done? There are many locations around campus that allow for independent study, including dedicated space within the Library.

Ace the Wild Cat

Born and raised in a historic and beautiful neighborhood on the Northside of Pittsburgh, our Wild Cat, Ace, is an experienced Steel City native with a deep sense of community and a passion for making a difference here in Allegheny County and around the world. Being a Wild Cat, not taking the conventional route is in Ace's DNA. By joining CCAC, Ace quickly found a welcoming home that honors and embraces diverse experiences and perspectives.

Competing in an environment of panthers and lions, Ace knows what it means to turn challenges into opportunities. Ace is dedicated to being your biggest fan and cheering you on as you strive to achieve your goals at CCAC!

Looking to get into the school spirit with our Wild Cat? Ace can always be found roaring with students at Student Life & Engagement socials and other events on campus! Just do us a favor and hide your laser pointers; although wild, he is still a cat at heart!
