Nursing & Allied Health

CCAC offers 25 associate degree, certificate and diploma programs in the field of health care. More than 75% of health care is delivered by professionals other than physicians. You can be one of those professionals.

CCAC is one of the nation's leading producers of graduates with associate degrees in the health professions. Here you can prepare for one of a number of health-related careers in the classroom and in our state-of-the-science lab/clinical facilities. We can help you chart a path in diagnostic, therapeutic, patient or administrative services.

Admission Information About Health Career Programs

The Nursing & Allied Health programs at CCAC are limited-enrollment programs. This means that you cannot enroll in Allied Health career courses without having formally applied and been accepted into a program. This application is separate from your general CCAC application.

Each program has unique admission requirements. See program information for instructions to apply. For more information on applying to an Allied Health career program, please email your program of choice and your U.S. postal mailing address to AlliedHealthInfo@CCAC.edu. Applications are not available online at this time. See Application Deadlines below.

A student must be capable of performing a list of essential functions that are specific to each program. Check admission requirements for the program before submitting an application.

Information for individuals with criminal convictions who are considering an occupation or profession that requires licensure—and an overview of the license application process—can be found here.

Students in programs with clinical assignments will be required to comply with the rules and procedures outlined by the academic program and the clinical placement. Please consult with your program's department chair, director or faculty if you have questions. Students in these programs should continue to use the CCAC Exemption for COVID-19 Immunization Request form for religious and medical exemption requests.

Application Deadlines

Each Nursing and Allied Health program has specific application guidelines as well as a separate application deadline.
