Attending CCAC graduations to witness my program students receiving their diplomas.

It seems that many people think they are an expert on nutrition these days. This has resulted in an abundance of nutrition misinformation available to the public. Therefore, I teach to educate my students on nutrition fact (evidence based) vs. fiction, and help others learn that eating a healthy diet doesn't have to be difficult or include a strict set of rules.

I enjoy bike riding and I have ridden my bicycle from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C.
