CCAC to Hold Fall Nursing Pinning Ceremony December 17

The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) will hold its fall 2022 Nursing Pinning ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 17, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Allegheny Campus Gymnasium (Physical Education Building, Ridge Avenue). CCAC will "pin" 196 nursing students during the ceremony, which includes the Florence Nightingale pledge and "Passing of the Lamp."
CCAC's Nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing as well as the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. This year, NursingProcess.org ranked CCAC #3 out of 147 Associate Degree in Nursing schools in Pennsylvania and #6 out of 536 in the Northeast Region.
